Pursuing a dream of owning his own company and with the blessings and support of Joslin Construction and the Joslin family, Cedric formed JDFoster & Company to capitalize on the many projects that require specialty contractors that must have certain minority certifications. Cedric’s leadership skills learned in the Marine Corp, coupled with the industry knowledge acquired as part of the Joslin team, have served him well in his new venture.
